ISPMA has proudly sponsored the Best Paper Award at 14th International Conference on Software Business, held in Lahti, Finland during 27-29 November 2023. This year’s winner is the exceptional work titled “Understanding User Feedback in Software Ecosystems: A Study on Challenges and Mitigation Strategies” by Bachan Ghimire and Ze Shi Li, and Daniela Damian.

The SPM Summit North America 2023, held at the University of California, Berkeley on September 12th, was a pivotal gathering of industry leaders, academics, and aspiring students. Focused on “Product Management in the Age of Artificial Intelligence,” the event served as a forum for discussing how AI is redefining the landscape of product management.
