Gabriel Cogo is an Assistant Professor at FGV São Paulo School of Business Administration (EAESP) and a Director of Digital Transformation at Association of Brazilian Information Technology Companies – São Paulo (ASSESPRO-SP). Gabriel research focuses on DevOps, Chaos Engineering, blockchain and DAOs, NeuroIS, and new ways of rethinking how organizations design and use technology with publications in leading international information systems journals, including MIS Quarterly. He also contributes to discussions on product thinking and digital impact and remains closely engaged with technology and startup ecosystems. Gabriel holds a PhD in Management Information Systems from Texas Tech University.

Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIM Bangalore), established in 1973, is a leading management institution in India recognized for its academic rigor, research excellence, and close engagement with business, government, and society. IIMB has hosted the annual SPM Summit India in partnership with ISPMA since 2019 — a leading forum for advancing SPM in India.

Assistant Professor at IIM Bangalore

Mayank Kumar is an Assistant Professor at IIM Bangalore and the Chairperson of the IIMB Centre for Software & Information Technology Management. An interdisciplinary scholar, his research explores the intersection of sociology, management, and technology, with a focus on how digitization and technology adoption reshape organizational and social relationships and influence strategy and innovation. His work has been published in journals including Information Systems Journal, Journal of Knowledge Management, and International Journal of Information Management. He teaches digital platforms, blockchain, and analytics. Mayank holds a PhD in Information Systems & Analytics from IIM Tiruchirappalli.

Indian Institute of Management Sambalpur (IIM Sambalpur), established in 2015 in Odisha, India, is a dynamic, future-oriented management institute. Guided by innovation, integrity, and inclusion, it combines academic rigor with entrepreneurial thinking and is strengthening product management through its Centre of Excellence for Product Management launched in partnership with ISPMA.

Merlin Nandy is an Associate Professor of Information Systems at IIM Sambalpur. Her research focuses on technology adoption, digital transformation, platform businesses, and connected vehicle technologies, with publications in recognized information systems journals and conferences including Journal of Systems and Information Technology, Journal of Engineering and Technology Management, Journal of Organizational Computing and Electronic Commerce and Journal of Macromarketing. Before entering academia, Merlin spent more than a decade in industry with IBM India and Cognizant, working across e-business, ERP, and intelligent automation. She teaches multiple courses including Management Information Systems, IT Consulting, platform business, and information systems research. Merlin holds PhD from IIM Calcutta.
