ISPMA has proudly sponsored the Best Paper Award at 14th International Conference on Software Business, held in Lahti, Finland during 27-29 November 2023. This year’s winner is the exceptional work titled “Understanding User Feedback in Software Ecosystems: A Study on Challenges and Mitigation Strategies” by Bachan Ghimire and Ze Shi Li, and Daniela Damian.
