<p>Sven Wenger has been IT Manager at UBS since 2006. He has with more than 25 years of experience in Information Technology in various functions and industries: Software Developer for technical applications on mainframes, Product Manager for IT Education, IT Consultant for IT Service Management, Information Manager of a Swiss Media Company, Managing Director of an Internet Advertising Company, Head of Marketing &#038; Sales of a Swiss Software Company. In parallel to that he was acting as the Chairman of the Examination Committee for WebPublisher SIZ (Schweizerisches Informatik Zertifikat) for many years, was a Co-Author for two reference books for business IT and a teacher for various IT topics and Bachelor Studies.<br />
Since 2009 he has been managing the IT4IT topics (methodologies, processes and tools) for the global Wealth Management IT of UBS. </p>

Prof. Dr. Markus Stolze is a full professor for computer science at Hochschule für Technik Rapperswil (HSR), a nationally regarded university of applied science on the shores of Lake Zurich in Switzerland. Markus specializes in user interface technologies to create fluid user interactions. He consults businesses regarding which client technologies match their requirements. He is also the director of studies for the Computer Science Bachelor program at HSR and the Master of Advanced Studies in Human Computer Interaction Design (MAS HCID) collaborating with the University of Basel. </p>

<p>Prof. Dr. Alexander Mädche is full professor and chairperson of the Chair of Information Systems IV, Enterprise Systems (ERIS) at the Business School, University of Mannheim. Since 2010 he is academic director of the Mannheim &#038; Tongji  Executive MBA Program at Mannheim Business School gGmbH. In 2011, Prof. Mädche became managing director of the new Institute of Enterprise Systems (InES) at the University of Mannheim. </p>
<p>Focus of the research work of Prof. Mädche is the development and use of enterprise systems (ES). His research topics cover ES development with emphasis on software product management and product design as well as Web platforms. Furthermore, in the area of ES use one of his key research areas is the investigation of people-centric enterprise systems from an empirical-theoretical and design-oriented perspective. </p>
<p>Alexander Mädche studied business engineering (computer science / operations research) at the University of Karlsruhe from 1994-1999 and received a PhD (Dr. rer. pol.) from the University of Karlsruhe in 2001. In the time frame of 2001 to 2003,  Alexander Mädche was head of a research group for knowledge-based systems at the Research Center for Computer Science (FZI), University Karlsruhe. In 2003, Alexander Mädche moved to the industry. He became manager of the business intelligence group at the Corporate Sector Information Technology of the Bosch Group in Stuttgart. In 2006, he moved to SAP AG in Walldorf and became Vice President Product Management within SAP technology group. </p>

He is from Sweden were was the founder and CEO of a software company lauded for technology innovation. The company was acquired by Industri-Matematik (IMI) were he become responsible for Product Strategy and Product Management before he moved to USA were he joined CDC Software as VP Product Management in 2004, taking a global responsibility for an Enterprise portfolio of products and product managers. The portfolio grow 100% in license revenue in three years through acquisitions, partnerships and organic growth. He has also been responsible for the company’s OEM Portfolio of products. During his years in USA he has seen an increase in status for product managers and product management and is encouraged by the work an organization like ISPMA is doing in Europe.</p>
<p>He has a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Lund Institute of Technology with majors in  Computer Science, Industrial Organization and Economy.</p>

<p>Karl Michael Popp is senior director for mergers and acquisitions as part of the Corporate Strategy Team of SAP AG, responsible for holistic analysis of acquisition opportunities and post merger integration. In addition, he is also responsible for definition and continuous improvement of SAP´s acquisition processes.</p>
<p>Before working on M&#038;A, he managed all OEM and Resell partnerships for SAP NetWeaver, SAP´s technology platform. In this function he managed the evaluation of several dozen OEM and Resell suppliers, the contracts and the continuous improvements in processes for supplier management.</p>
<p>In addition, he continuously researches on structures of the software industry, esp. ecosystems of companies, management of ecosystems and business models for partnerships between software vendors. He also researches supply chains in the software in industry as chains of OEM relationships.</p>
<p>Karl has a Ph.D. in information systems (Wirtschaftsinformatik) from the University of Bamberg on generating requirements for object-oriented application systems from business models and graduated as an economist from the same University.</p>
<p>He is a long time member of Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) and IEEE and Gesellschaft für Informatik as well as Bundesverband M&#038;A (german M&#038;A association). Also he is actively working in the Intellectual property management summit at House of IT in Darmstadt.</p>
