Rich Mironov is a  software executive and serial entrepreneur. He provides full-time and interim product leadership to technology companies.

He has been the “product guy” at six Silicon Valley tech start-ups including as CEO and VP Marketing/Products. Rich founded the first Product Camp, now a worldwide series of unconferences where product managers network, teach, learn and share. His Product Bytes blog covers software, start-ups, product strategies, Silicon Valley, and the inner life of product managers. This turned into his book “The Art of Product Management.”

Chris Twyman is a Global Product Manager for the Danish software company Netop specializing in secure remote access and support solutions. Chris has been working in the IT industry for nearly 20 years and has held a number of senior positions in system administration, technical support, pre-sales consultancy and product management. He is ISPMA Certified Software Product Manager.

In his current position based in the UK, Chris operates as part of an internationally dispersed team following Agile development methodologies with the goal of delivering solutions to large enterprise customers worldwide,  focusing on retail, healthcare, finance and public sector market segments in particular. As part of his product management responsibilities, Chris is heavily involved in delivering, defining and communicating product strategies, business cases, product roadmaps and requirements engineering. Much of his time is spent travelling between the worldwide offices for cross-functional purposes and meeting with key customers accounts to help drive forward business opportunities in Europe and the United States.
